The customer problem
What people are up against
Buying off-plan property in Dubai means comparing developers, payment plans, locations and timelines. Much of the information sits in separate brochures or sales conversations designed to close a deal, not help a buyer compare.
Why I’m building this
The reason it should exist
A buyer makes a calmer, better-founded decision when their priorities are clear and the information is structured, comparable and tied to visible sources. That is the product I want to build.
